1. General Principles

HOSTOFF.NET provides hosting services and related information technology services on a prepaid basis. Refunds are made exclusively at the discretion of the Provider when technically possible and in exceptional cases only.

2. Cases Where Refund is Possible

Refund may be considered only in the following cases:

Technical inability to provide services for more than 72 hours from the moment of payment
Erroneous double charge
Unauthorized payment (with documentary proof)

3. Cases Where Refund is Impossible

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

After actual use of services (server activation, connection to services)
Violation of acceptable use conditions or fair usage policy
Account blocked for rule violations or offer terms violations
Change of client plans or dissatisfaction with service quality
Request submitted later than 7 calendar days from payment date
Temporary service unavailability less than 72 hours
Service refusal for reasons not related to Provider's technical failures

4. Refund Terms and Limitations

Important Limitations

Refund is made only when technically possible by the payment system
Refund is made exclusively to the same requisites from which payment was made
Payment system and bank fees are not reimbursed
Refund amount may be reduced by transaction processing fees
For cryptocurrency payments, refund is made in the same currency at the rate at the time of refund
Maximum refund amount cannot exceed the actually paid amount

5. Refund Request Procedure

To consider the possibility of a refund, you need to:

Contact technical support via control panel or email
Provide detailed justification for the request with documentary evidence
Specify the requisites to which payment was made
Wait for administration decision (review may take up to 14 business days)

Upon positive refund decision:

8. Refund Denial

HOSTOFF.NET administration reserves the right to refuse refunds without explanation. The administration's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
